As the trees shed their leaves at this turning of the year, so too are you invited to let fall all that no longer serves you. Old stories, tangled roots, heavy emotions all may be offered back to the earth, making space for your light to grow.
Your journey begins with the Air, carried on the breath of change.
Together you will walk amidst the trees, chatting and breathing deeply, followed by blending sacred incense and breathing in the wild scent of possibility.
Followed by an air ceremony.
From there, you will call upon Fire, kindled in ceremony.
Through drumming, flame and intention, you will burn away old patterns, lighting the path toward transformation.
The Fire awakens passion, courage and creative spark, reminding you of your power to begin again.
Next comes Water, gentle yet powerful, washing through your being.
In sound journey and reflection, the waters cleanse and soothe, helping emotions flow freely once more.
All that was held too tightly is released, leaving you soft, open and ready to receive.
Finally, you will return to Earth, grounding all that has been awakened.
Through the crafting of a crown or woodland wreath, your hands will weave your rebirth into form.
The Earth steadies and nourishes you, rooting your dreams into the living world.
This sacred ceremony flows in two parts first, the releasing of what no longer serves; then, the welcoming of all you choose to reclaim: vitality, energy, self.
