I thoroughly enjoyed this retreat. A safe space with like minded sisters, the activities through the day were well planned and very relevant to the day. Elle and Kathy put in a lot of hard work which paid off. I've booked onto the remaining 2 days, a bit gutted I missed the first one!!
Thank you Elle and Kathy for such a lovely workshop. It was such a lovely balanced day, beautiful guided meditation, crafting, my decorated willow kite hangs in my therapy room, I had such fun making it with you and playing beautiful instruments, meeting like minded people, the atmosphere was so uplifting and nourishing. This is my second event with Serendipity, Mind,Body and Soul and I can highly recommend their workshops, I have already booked on two more.
Perfect for my son, he loves these and they don’t affect his sugar levels, other brands have done so in the past. I recommend these to anyone.

I haven’t bought any crystals for a while and have many. As soon as I saw these raw Citrine I was so drawn to them. They called to me and now having one here is very special. The fresh Bay leaves were also a wonderful touch.
